Every once in a while, I get a craving for a slice of authentic, New York pizza, an Italian ice or a knish. It’s difficult to find the real deal around here, but two brothers, Bruce and Eric Bromberg of the famed Blue Ribbon Restaurant in SoHo, NYC have brought a little slice of the Big Apple to the Renaissance Vinoy Resort and Golf Club in St. Petersburg, FL as well as 19 other Renaissance properties in the Marriott brand.
